How can I purchase a product?
After having chosen the desired shirt, clicking on its picture you will proceed to the Product details page. In the Product detail card, you can add the product to your cart by clicking on ADD TO BASKET.
You will then reach the first page ofthe cart, where you can decide whether to confirm your purchase order straight on (Ordering).
Clicking on ORDERING you will reach the HOW TO PAY page. In the HOW TO PAYpage you will have to insert your credit card data. Please note that the transaction will be carried out on a protected server, and therefore your data will be safeguarded.
Clicking on ORDERING, you will get to the CONFIRMATION page, where all the data of your order will be summarised. In this way, you will be able to check the data you have inserted and, if necessary, correct it before closing your order.
The information about your order will be forwarded to Vittorio Marchesi and you will be notified that your order has been carried out successfully.
Why do I have to choose the Country of destination to order?
Because Vittorio Marchesi complies with the reference prices of the destination Country of the order, the local commercial policies of designers and retailers andthe different delivery and management expenses. It is not possible to send in an order from a Country which differs from the destination one, e.g. if you are a user who lives in Italy you must first of all select ITALY as your country in order to display the information and the prices referring to your Country. The selected Country shall necessarily be the country where the goods will be delivered.
When does the purchase procedure close?
The purchase procedure is closed when you are given your order reference number: your order reference number is given after Vittorio Marchesi has checked the correctness of the data relating to your order. Afterwards, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with asummary of the information concerning your purchase.
Do I have to pay the VAT on my order?
The VAT is already included in the price you see on all the pages of the website and on the cart card.
How do I pay?
By credit card. Vittorio Marchesi accepts Visa and MasterCard.
How can I be sure that my credit card data are protected?
Your data are protected with Vittorio Marchesi: the complete data of your credit card will be saved on our server in a cryptographic mode only for the lapse oftime necessary in order to fulfil the transaction, by using a digital 128 bit certificate. Once this information is forwarded to the Banca Sella website through cryptographic mode, the information will be erased from our servers.
When will my credit card be charged?
You will be charged when your parcel leaves Vittorio Marchesi storehouse. Should part or the whole of your order not be forwarded for any reason, you will be charged only the price of the products we actually sent you.
How can I know where my order lies?
It’s very simple. Enter the ORDERING area and have a look at the forwarding situation of the products you have ordered. At any rate, in the CUSTOMER CARE area you can find all the necessary information to contact Vittorio Marchesi.
Delivery prices
The delivery price for the Italian national area is€ 5.
The delivery price for different areas is€ 10.

The Vittorio Marchesi shirts range from size 37 to 46. All of them are slim fit.
